Our Qualifications

Our seasoned acoustical engineers bring deep technical expertise across both environmental and architectural acoustics, with extensive experience supporting agencies, planners, municipalities and design teams.

BAC brings more than 60 years of collective experience in acoustical engineering, spanning environmental noise analysis and architectural acoustics design. We are proficient in CEQA and NEPA compliance and regularly serve as sub-consultants to planning firms in the preparation of EIRs and EISs. In parallel, we collaborate with architects, owners, and engineers to address building acoustics, noise control, and vibration issues for a wide range of project types. Our team also supports City and County municipalities with General Plan Noise Element updates, Municipal Code Noise Ordinance revisions, staff training, and the technical evaluation of both community and building-related noise concerns.
