Paul is the President of Bollard Acoustical Consultants, Inc., and majority owner. Since receiving his BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, in 1987 from Sacramento State University, he has worked exclusively as a consultant in acoustics, vibration, and noise control engineering. Paul is

Paul is the President of Bollard Acoustical Consultants, Inc., and majority owner. Since receiving his BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, in 1987 from Sacramento State University, he has worked exclusively as a consultant in acoustics, vibration, and noise control engineering. Paul is a Board-Certified Member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering, and has authored over a thousand reports in his areas of expertise.
Paul lives in Auburn with his wife Diane and has 3 children. In his limited spare time, Paul enjoys biking, golfing, and playing the guitar.

Joining the BAC team in 2015, Dario’s career experience is focused in natural resource management and environmental planning. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from California State University, Chico, Mr. Gotchet moved to the Lake Tahoe Basin where he spent a decade employed by state government resource management and environmental planning agencies. Mr. Gotchet obtained his background in acoustics while employed with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency where his position focused on environmental noise monitoring, code compliance, and policy development. Currently, Mr. Gotchet’s primary duties at BAC consist of projects involving wireless telecommunications facilities, traffic, train, and environmental noise.
Dario currently lives in Bend, Oregon where he spends his time outside of work mountain biking, backpacking, and enjoying the forests of the Pacific Northwest with his family.

While studying at Santa Clara University, Don Bollard joined Swinerton as a project engineer. After earning his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016, Don continued his career as a project engineer with Springpoint Group from 2018. In 2024, Don moved to Auburn, California, to join BAC.
